The applicant is seeking approval of the design of a building shell to be placed on lot 33 of Teton
Towne Center subdivision.
3. Design Review DR2020-02 (BP2020-13) (Action Item)
The applicant is seeking approval of the design of a building shell to be placed on lot 34 of Teton
Towne Center subdivision.
4. Site Plan Review for CU2019-1 & 2(Action Item)
As part of two conditional use permits issued at the end of last year, Teton Valley Resort has been
asked by condition of approval to submit a site plan for approval prior to any expansion of
the resort.
