Meeting instructions: Due to recommended social distancing practices to prevent the spread of COVID-19, the City of Victor will conduct its public meetings primarily virtually. There will also be a physical meeting presence in the Council Chambers at 32 Elm Street. 1.  Approval of Minutes from January 21, 2020 meeting (Action Item)

 2.  Public Meeting: BP2021-01 The Victor II Site Plan & Design Review (Action Item)

The commission will hold a public hearing to consider the site plan and design of a proposed apartment building to be located at 80 S Beryl St. The commission will be the decision making body for this application.

2.  Public Hearing – LU2021-01 Rezone Application for 43 E Center St – Broulim’s (Action Item)

The commission will hold a public hearing to consider the rezoning of the parcel containing the old Victor Elementary School from CIV to CX. The commission is a recommending body to the City Council for this application.

3. Work Session: AMD2020-04 Hillside Overlay District (Action Item)

The commission will hold a work session to consider an application to amend title 10 of the Victor Municipal code to add an overlay district for sensitive hillside areas.

4.  Public Hearing: SD2020-04 Mountainside Village Phase 4 Concept Plan

The commission will hold a public hearing to consider an application for the concept plan for phase 4 of the mountainside village subdivision. The commission will be the decision making body for this application. This item is expected to be continued.
