Any audio and visual comments made by the public during the meeting will be included in the livestream.  Please keep your devices on mute at all times during the meeting unless you are actively speaking.


II. Public Hearings & Action Items
(All items listed in this section of the agenda are Action Items. However, public comment will only be taken for Public Hearings).
             a. City Hall & Public Works Facilities Project:  Letter of Engagement with Hawley Troxell for Bond Council, Municipal Advisory Agreement with Zions Bank, and Ballot Language Work Session – Olivia Goodale, City Administrator (Action Item)

 Instructions for Public Attendance at Victor City Council Meetings

Due to recommended social distancing practices to prevent the spread of COVID-19, the City of Victor will primarily conduct its public meetings virtually. There will be no physical meeting presence by the Mayor or Councilmembers in the Council Chambers located at 32 Elm Street until the pandemic passes.   

Ways to Participate:

  • Watch the live stream of the meeting on the City of Victor Facebook Page.
  • Make public comment ahead of the meeting by emailing the entire City Council directly at council@victorcityidaho.com or through specific information/directions provided in a public hearing notice.
  • The Council Chambers located at 32 Elm Street will be open to the public during the meeting and public comment may be made from the Chambers. The meeting will primarily be held virtually, with the Mayor and Councilmembers participating virtually.  Comments made in the Council Chambers will be made into a device that interacts with the virtual component of the meeting.  Although limited staff will be present in the Chambers, the Mayor and members of Council will not be physically present.  Due to physical distancing recommendations, occupancy in the Chambers is limited to 11 persons.     

 When attending the meeting virtually, please be sure to keep your device on mute unless you are actively making public comment during a public comment portion of an item! When you make public comment, please be in a place with no background noise and speak in a clear, strong voice.
