2. Continued Public Hearing – LU2021-01 Rezone Application for 43 E Center St – Broulim’s (Action Item)

The commission will hold a public hearing to consider the rezoning of the parcel containing the old Victor Elementary School from CIV to CX. The commission is a recommending body to the City Council for this application.

3. Continued Public Hearing: SD2020-04 Mountainside Village Phase 4 Concept Plan (Action Item)

The commission will hold a public hearing to consider an application for the concept plan for phase 4 of the mountainside village subdivision. The commission will be the decision making body for this application.

4. Public Hearing: Teton Valley Resort Annexation and Rezoning (Action Item)

The commission will hold a public hearing to consider an application for annexation and rezoning of a potential new phase of Teton Valley Resort located on parcel RP03N45E107900, 1513 Abigale Lane. The commission is a recommending body to the city council for this application.

5. Public Hearing: Teton Valley Resort CUP for Accessory Restaurant (Action Item)

The commission will hold a public hearing to consider an application for a CUP for an accessory restaurant as required to operate a restaurant in the REC zone. The commission will be the decision making body for this application.
