Meeting instructions: Due to recommended social distancing practices to prevent the spread of COVID-19, the City of Victor will conduct its public meetings primarily virtually. There will also be a physical meeting presence in the Council Chambers at 32 Elm Street. Due to limited space to meet social distancing requirements, all interested parties are strongly encouraged to attend the meeting virtually.

The City of Victor is providing a translator for this meeting to translate the meeting proceedings from English to Spanish, at the request of an interested party. The Translator will be available in-person at the Council Chambers for the duration of the meeting.

- Continued Public Hearing: Teton Valley Resort Annexation and Rezoning (Action Item)
The commission will hold a public hearing to consider an application for annexation and rezoning of a potential new phase of Teton Valley Resort located on parcel RP03N45E107900, 1513 Abigale Lane. The commission is a recommending body to the city council for this application.

- Continued Public Hearing: Teton Valley Resort CUP for Accessory Restaurant (Action Item)
The commission will hold a public hearing to consider an application for a CUP for an accessory restaurant as required to operate a restaurant in the REC zone. The commission will be the decision making body for this application.

The commission will hold a public meeting to consider the site plan and design of a series of 4-plexes in Teton Towne Center Subdivision. The commission will be the decision making body for this application.
