In accordance with CDC guidance, face coverings are no longer required to be worn in City Council Chamber by COVID-19 vaccinated people. Unvaccinated individuals are encouraged to continue to wear face coverings when in the Council Chambers.

Action Items:

1. Approval of Minutes from May 20, 2021 meeting (Action Item)

2.Continued Public Hearing: Teton Valley Resort Annexation and Rezoning (Action Item)
The commission will hold a public hearing to consider an application for annexation and rezoning of a potential new phase of Teton Valley Resort located on parcel RP03N45E107900, 1513 Abigale Lane. The commission is a recommending body to the city council for this application. This application has been withdrawn by the applicant and this agenda item has been cancelled.

3. Public Hearing: SD2021-05 Crewsen West LLC Subdivision Concept Plan (Action Item)
The commission will hold a public hearing to consider an application for the concept plan for a full plat subdivision of 2 existing lots into 35 lots in the Southwest part of the City of Victor. The property parcel numbers are RPB3N45E106001 & RPB3N45E106610. The two lots total approximately 18.43 acres. The commission will be the decision making body for this application.

4. Public Meeting: Site Plan and Design Review for Live/work building (Action Item)
The commission will hold a public meeting to consider the site plan and design of a single structure containing several townhouse-like units near the Village Center area of Mountainside Village. The commission will be the decision making body for this application.

5. Work Session: LDC Code Text Amendment (Action Item)
The commission will hold a work session to consider an application to amend title 10 of the Victor Municipal code to amend sections in articles 11 & 14 regarding Screening, Lighting, and Nonconformities.
