In accordance with CDC guidance, face coverings are no longer required to be worn in City

Action Items
1. Approval of Minutes from June 17, 2021 meeting (Action Item)
2. Public Hearing: LU2021-04 Mountainside Village Variance (Action Item)
The commission will hold a public hearing to consider an application for a variance related to
setbacks in phases 3 and 4 of Mountainside Village. The request is for a larger setback on the
south side of lots on North-South running streets and a smaller setback on north sides for the
purpose of a protected solar envelope. The Planning and Zoning Commission is the decision
making body for this application.
3. Public Hearing: LU2021-05 Code Text Amendments (Action Item)
The commission will hold a public hearing to consider amendments to articles 10, 11, and 14 of
the land development code. The Planning and Zoning Commission is a recommending body to
the City Council for this application.
4. Public Hearing: LU2021-06 Togwotee Center Zoning Map Amendment (Action Item)
The commission will hold a public hearing to consider an application for a zone change of the
parcel located at 7168 S HWY 33 from Commercial Heavy (CH) to Commercial Corridor (CC). The
Planning and Zoning Commission is a recommending body to the City Council for this
application.
5. Public Meeting: BP2021-29 Design Review Modification Request WITHDRAWN
6. Work Session: AMD2020-04 Code Text Amendment & Zoning Map Amendment (Action Item)
The commission will hold a work session to consider amendments to articles 1, 3, 10, 11
12, 13 and 14 of the land development code. The application will also amend the official zoning
map of the city of Victor.
