In accordance with CDC guidance, face coverings are no longer required to be worn in City Council Chamber by COVID-19 vaccinated people. Unvaccinated individuals are encouraged to continue to wear face coverings when in the Council Chambers.

1. Approval of Minutes from July 27, 2021 meeting (Action Item)
2. Public Hearing: SD2021-08 Albrecht Mussmann & Peggy Profant Short Plat (Action Item)
The commission will hold a public hearing to consider an application for a short plat subdivision at 88 N Agate. The subdivision is proposed to be two total lots. One lot will be 7837 square feet and one will be 7000 square feet. The Commission will be a recommending body to City Council for this application.
