Action Items
1. Approval of Minutes from December 16, 2021 meeting (Action Item)

2. Work Session for Code Text Amendment to Articles 9,11, and 12 of the Land Development Code.
(Action Item)
The commission will consider making amendments to the downtown parking overlay district, the
minimum and maximum parking requirements, and the streetscape installation requirements.

3. Teton County Subdivision application for Basin Meadows Subdivision within Victor’s AOI (Action
Item)
The commission will consider making comment on the Basin Meadows Subdivision to the Teton
County Planning and Zoning Commission for a preliminary plat of a subdivision proposed within
the Victor Area of Impact. 

4. Teton County Subdivision application for Canyon Springs Subdivision within Victor’s AOI (Action
Item)
The commission will consider making comment on the Canyon Springs Ranch Subdivision to the
Teton County Planning and Zoning Commission for a concept plan of a subdivision proposed
within the Victor Area of Impact.
