2. LU2022-01 Public Hearing for Code Text Amendment to Articles 9, 11, 12, and 14 of the Land Development Code. (Action Item)
The commission will consider making amendments to the downtown parking overlay district, the
minimum and maximum parking requirements, and the streetscape installation requirements.
3. Work Session for Code Text Amendment for Renegotiation of Victor’s Area of Impact with Teton County. (Action Item)
The commission will hold a work session to consider directing staff to draft a new code section
applicable to lands within the Area of Impact of Victor in Teton County.
4. SP2022-03 Public Meeting for Heritage Sign Application for West Side Yard (Action Item)
The commission with consider making the projecting sign located at 31 W. Center for the West Side Yard a Heritage Sign.
