The commission will hold a public hearing to consider an application for annexation, rezoning to CX Commercial Mixed Use and Variance of the build-to-zone the 7.392-acre property identified by parcel number: RP03N45E140011. The commission is the recommending body on the annexation and rezoning and the decisionmaker for the variance.

4. Public Hearing: LU2023-04 Rezoning – Sherman Park Affordable Housing – Snavely Group 
The commission will hold a public hearing to consider an application for rezoning from REC Parks and Recreation to CX Commercial Mixed Use on the southern 3.2-acres of Sherman Park a property identified by parcel number: RPB3N45E117200. The commission is the recommending body on this application.

The commission is the recommending body on these applications.
