The commission will hold a public hearing to consider an application for annexation, rezoning to CX Commercial Mixed Use and Variance of the build-to-zone the 7.392-acre property identified by parcel number: RP03N45E140011. The commission is the recommending body on the annexation and rezoning and the decisionmaker for the variance.

The commission will hold a public hearing to consider an application for annexation, rezoning to NX Neighborhood Mixed Use and RM-2 Residential Multifamily on 3 parcels; a 3-acre property identified by parcel number: RP03N45E110500, a 5.38-acre property identified by parcel number: RP03N45E110400 (106 Antelope Lane), and an approximate 2.5-acre portion of the property identified by parcel number: RP03N45E110400. The commission is the recommending body on these applications.
