NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
PROPOSED FEE INCREASE FOR THE CITY OF VICTOR
Notice is hereby given that the City Council of the City of Victor, Idaho, will hold a public hearing for the purpose of hearing public comments regarding the imposition of a new fee and to explain the reasons for such action as prescribed by section 63-1311A of Idaho State Statute as illustrated in the below. Said hearing is to be held at City Hall, 32 Elm St, Victor, Idaho, at 7:00 P.M., on Wednesday, April 24, 2019.
Business License Renewal Late Fee: $25.00 per month, not to exceed $100.00
Information pertinent to this proposal is available for review at Victor City Hall. The full text of the proposed amendment can be found on the City’s website, www.victorcityidaho.com. City staff is available during regular business hours to answer any questions. During the hearing, the Mayor may impose reasonable time limits on the statements given to assure completion of the meeting agenda. Written comments must be received by 5 p.m. Wednesday, April 17, 2019. Comments may be submitted in writing to Victor City Hall, c/o Administration, P.O. Box 122, Victor, ID 83455.
