FOR CONSTRUCTION MANAGER AS GENERAL CONTRACTOR


NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the City of Victor, Idaho, (Owner) is soliciting Statements of Qualifications (SOQ) from licensed Idaho Public Works Construction Managers (CMs) and licensed Idaho Public Works Contractors (GCs) in good standing to undertake preconstruction and construction services of a new Public Works Maintenance Facility (“Project”).  The Project consists of a 60’ x 180’ Gabled CBC Metal Building to accommodate vehicle maintenance and storage bays, a workshop and storage areas, and a two-story administrative office with employee facilities (e.g., locker room, restrooms, and showers). The building site is a 3-acre city-owned parcel located on the southeast side of Sherman Park (Stevens Way and Baseline Road). Construction of the foundation and metal building is anticipated to be awarded to Teton West under a separate contract. The successful CM/GC will be responsible for overseeing the construction of the foundation and metal building as well as soliciting and managing subcontractors for the following work:

 • Excavation, backfill, compaction, etc.
 • Trenching for utilities
 • Site utilities
 • Removal of excess earth or fill material
 • Backfill or any other fill material that may or may not be needed
 • Plumbing material and/or install
 • Electrical material and/or install
 • HVAC material or install
 • Fire suppression and alarm system
 • Interior buildout
 • Site fencing

The Owner intends to select a CM/GC that will provide the best management expertise to obtain
a quality project, within a mutually agreed-upon timeframe, at an optimal cost. The CM/GC will be
expected to provide a guaranteed maximum price (GMP).

November 30, 2022. It is the sole responsibility of the proposing firm to ensure that proposals are received prior to the closing time, as late submittals will not be accepted and will be returned unopened.
